Acting on behalf on Ellandi, Miller and WW Advisors, KLM introduced and advised on the off market acquisition on The Walnuts Shopping Centre and the purchase of an adjoining development site for a total price of £22.5 m, reflecting a NIY 8%.

The 160K sq ft centre was bought from Aberdeen Property Investors, the adjoining site, Crown House, was simultaneously purchased from Telereal Trillium.

KLM are retained to provide agency advice on both sites.
